Confidia may apply identity verification, KYC/AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud and other risk checks when onboarding or monitoring businesses and Supply Partners where required by law, by a service provider, or by Confidia's risk policies. These controls support business risk management and do not mean HowToPay provides banking, payment-processing or remittance services.
